Autumn Gilet & Haul

Jack Wills Gilet
Zara t-shirt (old)  (similar here)
The Great Frog rings
Clarks boots

The wind was really against me yesterday when I took these outfit pictures! This was a casual 'everyday' outfit for meeting friends and doing a couple of errands! I picked up this gilet from the Jack Wills outlet at Cheshire Oaks, it's super warm and cosy, and it adds a bit of colour to my wardrobe! The rest of the outfit is my usual stripe top, jeans and boots! I have added this on-trend pom pom to my favourite Givenchy bag though - it adds a little more colour!

Also, here is Thursday's video:
I'm sorry I haven't shared it before now - I've been super busy even though I thought I'd have more time this week!

Happy Halloween too!

Verity

Primark jumper
Clarks boots

Last weeks Grazia magazine came with 25% off Whistles, which of course I had to make use of. I'd been thinking about a backpack for a while now, and have had my eye on a couple of the MCM and Marc Jacobs ones, but I don't know how much I'll use a backpack, so when I saw this Whistles one, I decided to get it. It's real leather and great quality, but isn't as expensive as the designer options. It's not super-affordable, but I'm fussy about bags! The rest of the outfit is really simple, and all items I've shown before in hauls and other posts - I really like how this outfit came together though - minimal but still interesting - I'm loving long boots right now too!

Sweater weather

Primark jumper
Clarks boots (outlet)
Rings: vintage & The Great Frog

It's time for Sweater Weather again, and this jumper from Primark is so soft and cosy! It's perfect for Autumn and Winter and is the kind of thing you can just 'throw on' with a pair of jeans and boots. It's warm enough to wear without a coat at the moment, but not if it's raining!

Autumn Berry.

Primark jumper
Clarks boots
Jewellery: Topshop necklace (old), Rings: The Great Frog & vintage, Michael Kors watch

Another day, another Primark jumper! Their knitwear is so good though, and they've got absolutely loads of great pieces in at the moment! This jumper was £12 and is real wool, it came in loads of colours too, and I stayed away from the grey and black ones and bought the berry/purple shade! It's quite oversized but is nice and cosy, and I think oversized jumpers and long boots go so well together.  The accessories are my usual ones, although I am wearing a different ring, this one's from my Grandma - she can't wear it anymore because of her arthritis - I've actually had it for a while but I don't wear it very often!

Pinafore love.

Primark t-shirt (underneath)
Clarks boots
Jewellery same as usual, Rings: vintage and The Great Frog

I  never thought I'd be embracing the 60s and 70s trends, but here I am..

The pinafore dress has quickly become a bit of a wardrobe staple for me now, I now own 3 of the childhood-favourite style, there's something about a pinafore that just works, this ASOS one is really soft and it's an easy way to wear colour. I also like pairing them with my new over-the-knee boots from Clarks. I picked them up at the outlet store, and whilst they were still a little pricey for outlet, I couldn't leave them as I struggle so much to find long boots that fit my tree trunk legs. I also like that these ones are super-plain so they won't date quickly.
